For purchases amounting to GEL 7,000 or more, delivery service within Tbilisi and its surrounding areas is provided free of charge.
In all other cases, delivery is carried out on an “Ex Works” basis from the company’s warehouse.
The delivery process is deemed completed, and the goods are considered transferred to the customer upon their arrival at the final destination and the signing of the delivery and acceptance certificate.

Unloading of the goods must be performed by the customer within one 1 hour after the vehicle’s arrival. Unloading shall be conducted manually or by using a forklift. The use of a crane manipulator during unloading is strictly prohibited.
