The client is entitled to return the purchased product within one 1 year from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance certificate. The returned product must be in the same condition as at the time of sale and must not be cut, sectioned, or otherwise altered.

The quantity of returnable products is limited and may not exceed fifteen 15 units.

This policy does not apply to special orders.

A special order refers to any product that is not listed on the company’s official website.
